Sr. Kayula Lesa, RSC
Director
Sr. Kayula Lesa, a Religious Sister of Charity (RSC), is Development Professional with 20 years of experience. She holds a Master of Science in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
Sr. Kayula has vast experience in the development field. She worked for a time with the Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) in Zambia as Project Director and as a volunteer with JRS-UK. She also worked with the Jesuit Centre for Theological Reflection (JCTR), a research, education and advocacy Centre that promotes study and action on various development issues linking the Christian faith and social justice in Zambia. The Centre also strives to create a value base for public policy. In the recent past, she has been Manager for Dialogue for Development (D4D), a Peace-building programme under the Religious Sisters of Charity Zambia/Malawi Region, which facilitates dialogue on human rights issues which include human trafficking and child safeguarding. She is also a trainer in counter human trafficking and Child Safeguarding.
In 2018, Pope Francis appointed Sr. Kayula for a second term to the Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Minors, an Advisory Body to the Roman Pontiff.t.

Sr. Patience Shinondo, RSC
Programmes Manager
Sr. Patience Shinondo, a Religious Sister of Charity (RSC) is trained and has worked in Social Work, Projects and Development. She is also a trained in IT- (CompTIA A+ and Network+) and pursuing Cloud computing. She has worked for different organizations within Zambia and in the UK.

Sr. Arasi Augustine, CIC
Finance and Administration Officer
Sr. Arasi Augustine, hailing from India, is a dedicated member of the religious Congregation of the Immaculate Conception (CIC). For the past two decades, she has dedicated herself to missionary work in Zambia. Prior to assuming her current role as Finance and Administration Officer at TAKUZA, Sr. Augustine served in various capacities at Kasiya College, affiliated with the Catholic Diocese of Monze, for an impressive 13 years. With a robust background in financial management and a deep understanding of the intricacies inherent in educational institutions, she consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence and a drive for success.
Acknowledged for her attentive listening skills and proficient organizational abilities, Sr. Augustine is adept in both written and spoken English, as well as various computer applications. Her skill set encompasses exceptional interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a remarkable ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
Sr. Augustine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy from the University of Lusaka (UNILUS). Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management at DMI – St. Eugene University in Zambia. Additionally, she possesses a Certificate in Secretarial Administration and has completed Level 1 training in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Rosa Siamachoka
Programme Officer – Human Trafficking
Rosa is a dedicated and driven individual with a background in program coordination, project communication, research and environmental planning, complemented by an educational background in Natural Resource Management.
She conducted a significant study on smallholder farmers’ crop productivity in Zambia, analyzing data from 2010 to 2019 and rainfall patterns from 2000 to 2021. This research, which has been published, provided valuable insights into agricultural productivity amidst climate variability.
Known for her exceptional organizational skills and adaptability, Rosa thrives in dynamic environments and drives success.
